I have divided this into 2 parts.
Each of these is a form in Google Docs.
The first form is a survey about how often these elements of school culture are seen/are evident to you, whether as a parent or family member of a student, community member, etc. This form is linked here.
The second form is to rank the IMPORTANCE to you of these characteristics for Montegut Middle to be successful. The 2nd form is linked here.
The more data I have, the better, so send this link on to anyone you think would be interested in assisting me.
